Privacy policy

What personal data we collect on pachecost.com and ro.pachecost.com, why, and how you can ask to see or delete it.

Who we are

The sites pachecost.com and ro.pachecost.com belong to Pacheco Studios, a digital studio founded by Tomás Pacheco in Portugal. For anything related to privacy, write to robert@teampachecostudios.com.

What we collect

This site is static: it has no accounts, no forms and no cookies of its own. We only process personal data when you contact us yourself, by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, your contact details and what you write, used only to reply and follow up on your request.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any server, it logs technical data, such as your IP address and the date and time of access, for security and operation. Netlify’s privacy policy

Cookie-free statistics

We use GoatCounter to count visits, scans of the QR code on our business card, and clicks to WhatsApp and phone. It uses no cookies, doesn’t store your IP address and can’t identify anyone, so it works without asking for consent.

Meta pixel

On pachecost.com we use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads. What it does and how to turn it off is in the cookie policy. There is no pixel on ro.pachecost.com. Cookie policy

Fonts

The project names use fonts from Google Fonts. When you open the page, your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

How long we keep data

Messages are kept only as long as needed to follow up on your request or to meet legal obligations, such as invoicing. We never sell or hand over data to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, a correction, a copy or its deletion: just write to robert@teampachecostudios.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, or to Portugal’s CNPD. cnpd.pt
